Life Transform Retreat 2019

A big thank you, you were fantastic leaders and an inspiration.  I wasn't sure what to expect but I came away with so much.  I have had various issues with mental health, and whilst I cannot suddenly dismiss them, the main message I took away is to take ownership of my life.  To start taking action to be happier in myself and that I can do it!

I can feel the positive results already.

This retreat is not for the faint hearted.

If you want to be with like minded people and know it's time to develop yourself. Then this is the most rewarding day you can give yourself.

You'll have to do the work, but the knowledge and experience from these wonderful ladies comes together to make sense of what you may have been through/ are going through or how to move forward to the next part of your own personal journey with purpose and confidence.

They are inspiring and motivating individually and life seems to be a bit make a bit more sense.
