I’m writing this in March 2020, in an unprecedented lockdown of British life, and of life around the World. Governments have identified essential ‘Key workers’ as people whose jobs are vital to public health and safety during the coronavirus lockdown.
Key Workers in:
- Health and social care
- Education and childcare
- Key public services
- Local and national government
- Food and other necessary goods
- Public safety and national security
- Transport
- Utilities, communication and financial services

This mini-program will help you identify your unique triggers in your subconscious mind which may be limiting your full capacity for Calm, Mental Strength and Resilience right now. I want to help you identify these triggers, track them, reframe then and flip them into positive triggers that will empower you and bolster you in this testing time.
The time commitment is approx 1 hour plus a daily 25 minute positive recording (ideal at bedtime as it will relax and help you to sleep) which supports neurogenesis - the re-wiring of the positive goals of Calm, Mental Strength and Resilience.
