YOUR FREE SESSIONĀ

You're in.

Let's find what's holding growth down.

Welcome. Your Root Exploration session is ready below. Give yourself the next half hour, settle in, and let's begin.

Ā
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAYĀ

Two minutes of preparation.

Ā

  • Find somewhere quiet where you won't be interrupted for about half an hour, and put your headphones on.
  • Take a piece of paper and a pen.Ā An actual scrap you can hold.
  • Sit for a full minute with the thing that isn't growing, the part of your life or work that won't move however hard you tend it. Then write it down in your own words, fold the paper once, and keep it in your hand.

A note on safety, please read before you begin

Inner Gardeningā„¢ uses deep hypnosis and gentle regression. For most people this is completely safe.

Please don't use this recording if you have a diagnosis of epilepsy or psychosis. Hypnosis isn't the right method in these cases, but there are other approaches we can use, so please reach out.

If you have a diagnosis of PTSD or complex trauma, please speak with your doctor or psychotherapist before booking. I work in a trauma-informed way and your safety always comes first. I want to make sure this is the right fit, and just as importantly, the right timing for you.

Never listen while driving, or in any situation where your full conscious awareness is required.

PRESS PLAY WHEN YOU'RE READY
Ā ROOT EXPLORATION Ā· ABOUT 25 MINUTES

When you open your eyes, turn the paper over and write down the message while it's still fresh.

Ā

Ā
WHEN ONE ROOT ISN'T ENOUGH - GOING FURTHERĀ

You met one root. Imagine tending the whole garden.

Reaching a single root can shift something surprisingly well.

A full Inner Gardeningā„¢ session goes further: we follow the roots that keep feeding the problem, clear what no longer serves you, and replant the ground so the change holds. If this session moved something for you, that's exactly the work we'd do togetherĀ but deeper, wider, and with me beside you.
