This is an informal chat over Zoom or on the phone (you book it in and choose which) where you can tell me a bit more about the problem you have at the moment. I can ask you some specific questions to help get down to the nub of the problem - and offer you the best possible options to solve it.
It's also really important for us both to get a feel for each other as trust is an essential ingredient in your healing journey.
