What is the discovery call?
An informal conversation over Zoom or phone - your choice - where you can share what is bringing you here right now. I will ask a few questions to get a clearer picture of what is happening for you, and give you an honest sense of which way of working I think would best suit your situation.
It is also a chance for us to get a feel for each other. Trust matters in this kind of work, and there is no pressure to commit to anything on the call.
A couple of practical things
After booking, check your inbox for a confirmation from CalendlyĀ - that is the scheduling software I use, so the email will come from there rather than directly from me.
You will also receive a separate email from me shortly. Please go to your inbox and click the confirmation link to ensure my emails reach you rather than your junk folder. Adding hello@energygardener.com to your address book helps with this too.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If your plans change, please use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. Please do this at least 48 hours before your callĀ - it makes a genuine difference when you are running a small practice and holding time for people.
If you are unable to attend without notice, you are welcome to rebook once. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations mean I am unfortunately unable to offer further call slots.
