Booking Terms
What’s Included:
Your registration fee includes:
- Accommodation in a private double room (single occupancy) or shared twin room (double occupancy)
- All meals from dinner on 20th September to brunch on 25th September
- This includes a nourishing daily brunch and evening dinner
- Bottled water, herbal teas and light snacks available throughout the day
- Full participation in all group sessions, workshops, and transformational practices
- Optional group excursions and integration activities - payable at the venue
- Use of retreat facilities and access to shared spaces
Travel expenses, insurance, additional meals or drinks outside those provided, and individual treatments and services are not included.
Deposit and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of £500 secures your place on the retreat.
The balance of your payment is due by 1st July 2025.
If we do not receive your balance payment by this date, your registration and deposit will be forfeited and your place will be offered to someone on the waiting list.
Before registering, please ensure that you are able to meet the payment deadlines and can make the necessary travel arrangements to attend the full retreat.
If you or a close loved one has a medical condition that may affect your ability to travel, we kindly ask you to take this into account before registering.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation after booking and before 20th July 2025: £500 deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation on or after 20th July 2025: 50% of the total retreat fee will be retained.
- Cancellation on or after 12th August 2025: No refunds will be offered.
- No refunds will be given for unused portions of the retreat, including but not limited to late arrival or early departure, missed meals, or missed sessions.
Participation Policy:
Participants are required to be present for the full retreat programme. However, excursions and additional treatments and activities are optional and payable separately.
Please note that if you choose to skip any elements that are included in the retreat price, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be offered.
Itinerary Disclaimer:
The itinerary provided at booking is correct at the time of publication. While we do not anticipate changes, we reserve the right to make substitutions if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as site closures or other limitations.
Any changes made will remain in keeping with the spirit and purpose of the retreat.
The farmhouses are 400 years old and are restrictive for individuals with mobility problems.
Dietary Information:
Meals during the retreat will be vegetarian, seasonal, and organic where possible.
While we aim to accommodate non-serious allergies or dietary preferences where we can, we cannot guarantee full customisation of the menu.
If you have specific food needs, we recommend bringing any essential personal food items to ensure your comfort and safety, there are shops and markets nearby.
To mitigate the risk of unforeseen circumstances causing you to cancel, we insist that you purchase travel insurance.
